  • 4th Term 2019/20 – 19/10/19 to 7/12/19 and then from 1/2/20 to 8/2/20 (Christmas & New Year Holidays) = 10 weeks
  • 1st Term 2020 – 15/2/20 to 25/4/20 (excludes 11/4/20 Easter BH) = 10 weeks
  • 2nd Term 2020 – 2/5/20 to 4/7/20 = 10 weeks
  • 3rd Term 2020 – 11/7/20 to 19/9/20 (excludes 29/8/20 Aug. BH) = 10 weeks
  • 4th Term 2020 – 26/9/20 to 28/11/20 = 10 weeks
  • 5th Term 2020/2021 – 5/12/20 to 12/12/20 and then from 30/1/21 to 20/3/21 (Christmas & New Year Holidays) = 10 weeks
Fee Detail
  • The fee for the term is £60 for 10 weeks term.
  • All terms are of 10 weeks, each lesson is for 2 hours and the fee is payable on enrolment or the first day of the term. Methods of payment in order of preference:

    Bank transfer: At the beginning of the term details will be sent to students whose Email address is available.
    By cheque: should be made payable to TRIVENI SANGAM. Or as a last option
    By cash

  • You can have a trial lesson before making up your mind. The fee for a trial lesson is £6.00.
  • Students in full-time education pay £30 per term. No other concession is given to students. A trial lesson is £5.00.
  • Person joining after the start of the term should calculate the fee at £6.00 per lesson i.e. 9 weeks £54; 8 weeks £48 and so on. OR pay £60 and cover the missing lessons on other days. Calculated amount must be paid together.
  • If you are unable to attend your normal class for any reason you can attend the class on any other day. FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
  • Minimum of two weeks notice must be given if you do not wish to continue the classes for the following term. Full fee will have to be paid if you go on holiday without prior notice. Please do not ask to make the adjustment in the following term.
  • NB: Those who can’t afford the full fee should have a quiet word with me.
Other Details
  • Yoga and Pranayama should be done on an empty stomach. After a full meal there should be gap of 4 hours and after a light snack e.g. a sandwich there should be a gap of 2 hours.
  • If you are suffering from diabetes you can have a cup of tea or coffee with couple of biscuits to maintain your sugar level before leaving the house or office for the class.
  • Wear loose clothing so that movements of the body are not restricted.
  • Bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and a packet of tissue with you.
  • Make a folder for your handouts and bring it with you when you come to the class.
  • To avoid disturbing the class be punctual and come on time.
  • Shoes should be removed outside the hall and Mobile phones should be switched off.
  • Flexibility of the body comes gradually with practise so don’t be disappointed if you are unable to do everything on the first day.
